Until now if one tries to remember any revamp or leap in a show that has been as interesting as the current track of Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha, then probably they will fail to do so. As a serial proceeds towards its end , the episodes tend to become monotonous. However, such is not the case with Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha. With each passing episode, the story is becoming more and more gripping. The Creatives of the show deserves special applauds for thinking out this extra ordinary turn in the story.
The viewers are probably scratching their head trying to make out if Vasu Bhaau only is the lost Mohan Bhatnagar. When Mohan was made to fall off the cliff and Vasu entered the scenario, the viewers were disappointed and disheartened thinking about what have been made out of their gentle and respected journalist Mohan Bhatnagar. But as the episodes progressed, Vasu Bhaau made a separate place for himself in the minds of the same fans. People still do love Mohan, but the audiences cant even get over Vasu as well. Kunal Karan Kapoor has portrayed both the characters flawlessly and so convincingly that one cannot simply get enough of him. It has been one show but 3 shades of the same character for him. And the actor hits the exact right chord while portraying all the three.
The current episodes and track might take one back to the phenomenal Season 1 of the show. It is much like the same story repeating itself again with the same magnetic charm but just with an aged Mohan and Megha (Aakansha Singh) now. Vasu’s Aai (Bharti Patil) is much like Mohan’s Mother (Neelu Kohli), Vasu is acting like the stubborn Mohan for whom logic and sense doesn’t mean anything, Megha is again in the same denial mode, Rimjhim (Reema Sheikh) is acting like the old and cute Nanhi or Chavanni (Ashnoor Kaur) and Bala for sure will remind you of Guru (Dushyant Wagh), Ruku (Aasiya Kazi) can be the next Riddhima (Prinal Oberoi) or Rashmi (Pooja Kanwal Mahtani) or might be a better character than them.
In Season1 Mohan had to fight the world and mostly Amar’s memories (Megha’s first Husband) (Rohit Bharadwaj) which were residing inside Megha’s heart. She was already and deeply in love with her demised husband and Mohan Bhatnagar had to compete with “Mr. Perfect” a lot to win his “Mrs. Bhatnagar”. This time the story is back to square one for him. If the renowned Vasu Bhaau is none other than Mohan only, then he again needs to fight a long battle with his own memories which have captivated Megha all these years. She isn’t an ice that melts fast. For Mohan, the fight with Amar’s memories and love was tough but this fight with his own memories is really going to be much more tougher.
At the very last note would like to say that, it is enchanting to see Mohan and Vasu on the same screen at the same time. The difference isn’t much but still the difference wont let one believe or get convinced that they are the same man. The episode of 12th August 2013, in which Megha imagines herself in between the two personalities of the same man, the ever so caring Mohan playing with Rimjhim and the attitudinal Vasu loving the same Rimjhim, deserves special mention. The entire episode was magical and the transformation of Vasu to Mohan and vice versa was shown in the most heart touching way. A Thumbs up to the team of Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha for delivering such emotional and memorable episodes.
Lastly, how many of you are still eager to hear Vasu calling out , “Mirchi Madam!!!?”. Even we are waiting for that to happen.
