The couple’s blazing chemistry gave Karan and Shilpa overnight prominence and the rage made both the actors youth heartthrobs. Their romantic sequences are still the talk of the town as their passionate love scenes emitted purity, sincerity and simplicity that connected well with audiences. When Shilpa Anand was replaced by Sukirti Khandpal who was in the end replaced again by Jennifer Winget, the devoted fans missed their original Riddhima aka Shilpa and finally Shilpa was brought back in the show through subsequent fan demand as a new character. The audiences cherished watching the two together onscreen and the two actors also fell in love with each other while shooting for this daily serial. After Sushant’s exist actor Hiten Tejwani walked in as the new Manav, nonetheless, fans still want to see Sushant and Ankita onscreen again in future projects.

Balaji Telefilms’ Kitani Mohabbat Hai saw the pair of Arjun and Arohi played by Karan Kundra and Kritika Kamra respectively in the show. The actors together did a splendid job and became the most loved couple on screen. Their off-screen chemistry got transferred in the show which simply increased the mush dynamics in the show. However the couple also fell in love with each other during the shooting of the daily. The show later went off air but due to popular demand the serial did see a season 2. The second season failed to create the magic that season 1 saw, but the viewers still want to see the duo back together in a new show.

Balaji Telefilms never fails to impress the audiences with their perfect casting in their shows and when they launched their new show Kahiin To Hoga on Star Plus in 2003, they introduced a brand new pair on screen. Rajeev Khandelwal as the impulsive angry young man and the gorgeous and beautiful Aamna Shariff made an excellent pair onscreen. The scorching equation between Sujal (Rajeev) and Kashish (Aamna) in Kahiin To Hoga made many young hearts connect to them. Nevertheless, Rajeev was replaced by Gurpreet Singh later but nothing was same as the new actor struggled to create the same magic. The ardent fans of this on screen pair were not pleased with this alteration and wanted Rajeev back in the show. Still today, Rajeev and Aamna together can make headlines on Indian Television, as they did very recently when Rajeev came for promotions of his movie Table No. 21 in Aamna’s show ‘Hongey Juda Na Hum’.

Their fame was enormous, so very enormous that when Harshad left the show, the fans bombarded the producers and channel to bring back their favorite jodi.

At a time when angry young men were ruling television screens, Karan Tacker swooned over the audiences with his natural and to die for romantic portrayal of Viren. Viren Wadhera can still be regarded as probably the perfect husband ever been scripted on Indian Television. The enduring chemistry that Karan Tacker and Krystle Dsouza created on screen is still remembered and cherished by their fans.

Truly Kunal and Aakansha gave us the most emotional love story.

But the second the news of Barun Sobti taking ‘a break from the show’ came out, it shaped such a disturbance among the fans that they demanded to shut the show on a happy note with the lead pair intact.

Their fans were disappointed when Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon…Ek Baar Phir was launched with a different couple. The demand to see Sanaya and Barun together on screen still is very high!
