Ever wondered how would your favourite and extremely popular show Ye Hai Mohabbatein or YHM would look like if it is decided to turn it into a Bollywood Movie? We don’t think it would be a bad idea at all citing the popularity of the show and intriguing storyline. But if we have to imagine this show getting made into a Bollywood movie and have the liberty to imagine anything into the wilderness of creativity, this is what we came up with. Brace yourselves for what’s coming next.

Karan Johar The Director
Karan Johar The Director

Directed By Karan Johar – There’s no points on guessing who will produce this project as YHM belongs to the Balaji brigade. However, if we have to think about whom could be the perfect director for this venture, then Karan Johar tops the list. Karan is spectacular when it comes to making movies on family bonding and can easily make the audience connect with the movie.

Shah Rukh Khan as Raman

Kajol as Ishita
Kajol as Ishita

Shah Rukh And Kajol Playing The Leads – If it’s a Karan Johar movie, then how could we not think about Shah Rukh starring in it as the arrogant Raman Kumar Bhalla and the versatile Kajol playing the righteous and sensitive Ishita Iyer. Shah Rukh and Kajol starring in the movie will ensure the movie doing justice to the magic created by Karan Patel and Divyanka Tripathi.

Rani Mukherjee's Cameo
Rani Mukherjee’s Cameo

Rani Mukherjee Will Do A Cameo – A Karan Johar movie and there’s no Rani Mukherjee making an appearance? That’s next to impossible. Therefore, in the YHM movie, the lovely Rani Mukherjee would most likely be seen doing a small cameo or might just feature in a scene or two just like she has always done in Karan Johar’s movie keeping the tradition going.

Ye Hai Mohabbatein

Movie’s Title Would Start With Letter K – With Ekta Kapoor producing the movie and Karan Johar directing it, we couldn’t help but take out the common factor in between them from the past. That’s the letter K. Ekta and Karan both have been known for making TV shows and movies respectively starting with the letter K and so this joint venture of their’s can result in YHM’s title getting modified with another word starting with letter K added to it like Kyunki..Yeh Hai Mohabbatein or Kuch Yeh Hai Mohabbatein.

Anita Hassanandani Doing An Item Number – True Friends are for a lifetime and there’s a lot we can learn from Ekta Kapoor and Anita Hassanandani’s friendship. Therefore, a movie on YHM and no Anita in it is downright unfair. Although Anita plays the selfish and cunning Shagun on the show, we don’t expect her to play the same character on big screen as some other Bollywood actor might take up that character. So if no Shagun, then how will Anita feature in the movie? Simple, Anita can do sizzling item number which can make the movie even more interesting to watch and help in the success of the movie.

Alia Bhatt Will Play The Grown Up Ruhi At The End – In the start of the movie, the person who will be seen narrating the entire story and whose true identity will be revealed at the end will be the vibrant and adorable character Ruhi. This 20 something Ruhi will narrate her papa Raman and her Ishima’s story as a flashback. Alia Bhatt will be hands down perfect for playing this grown up version of Ruhi as she has that cuteness and that spark in her which is seen in our adorable Ruhaanika Dhawan who will be seen playing Ruhi in the movie too.

  1. If Bollywood make a remake of YHM then I will definitely want to see Rani Mukherji as Shagun Arora rather than doing any cameo…She is such a versatile actress and I have not seen her doing any negative role so far…It will be great to see her doing any negative character… ^_^
