This year is extra special for producer Rajan Shahi as his show, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the longest-running Hindi GEC on Indian Television, will be completing 3000 episodes.
This is why the team of the Shivangi Joshi-Mohsin Khan starrer decided to celebrate Ganpati in a big way. Rajan welcomed Bappa on the sets as he does every year, but this time the theme was set around YRKKH completing 3000 episodes.
Mohsin Khan and Shivangi Joshi were overwhelmed as their show is all set to hit this milestone.
The show’s spin-off, Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke which was launched a few months ago, featuring Shaheer Sheikh and Rhea Sharma (Abir and Misthi), is also doing very well in terms of TRPs.
Shahi’s hit shows saw Ganpati sthapna on Monday morning amid much fanfare. The teams of both shows had big celebrations on the set. Rajan Shahi is considered the Yash Chopra of television.
Shahi has always believed that Lord Ganesha is lucky for him and has been keeping his show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and its team blessed since the last ten years and that luck and blessings have spread to Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke too.
